Oasis AC Heat Inop

We're the original owners of a 2017 Dutch Star 4018 and unexpectedly lost the AC heat function of our Oasis (oil furnace functions perfectly). We've used the AC heat as the primary method of providing hot water, whether using one (1) element or both elements (unless using the furnace for heat on colder than usual mornings). Circuit protection has been checked with no faults/trips, etc.. Tried pressing the "Reset" button on the Oasis Heating Module front panel with no result (i.e., the "AC Heat" led on the front of the Oasis Heating Module remains unlit/off). Now wondering if a relay has failed. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Look at page 10 of this manual for the electrical elements and relay locations. The number below is their number. Call them on Monday if no one responds with an answer to your question. Also from the manual:
"Locate the breaker panel where the AC elements are connected. Note that each AC element
must be connected to a separate 15 amp breaker. Place each breaker (individually) in the ON
position, starting with the breaker labeled “primary”, or “ACI”. Check to see if the breaker
trips. If the breaker does not trip, observe the AC heat LED on Oasis remote operating panel.
After the “primary” AC breaker is turned on, turn on the breaker labeled “secondary”, or
“ACII”. Check to see if the breaker trips. Proceed to Q2."

Several people had trouble with the connections on the AC portion of the Oasis heater. Check out this thread. Be sure to turn off the breakers mentioned in the previous post if you decide to investigate this.

This is what I discovered earlier today (see photos) many thanks to previous threads highlighting the poor wiring and workmanship at Newmar when the Oasis system was installed and wired. Quite obviously a single or multiple wires worked themselves free enough from the wire nuts to become exposed causing arcing. The 20 amp CBs, one each for element 1 and element 2, never opened/tripped. We're fortunate.

I get so tired of seeing half-assed work like that. That is inexcusable.

Not to mention a possible fire that could occur.

I plan on checking mine out as well and using what Newmar is using now as per posts in the thread provided by PTW. I love those connectors!

FYI

After reading this thread and others linked, I looked at my 2020 and saw that the connections are all made outside of the oasis in a 4 inch square electrical box using the connectors shown above.

Yup, had the same problem with mine. The NewServe technician found it. Still not working right and he is coming back Friday for the third time to see if he can fix it.
