I had a similar issue with my EMS. Shortly after I got the coach one of the Oasis power legs shorted causing the EMS to fail. EMS shows no voltage so it wouldn’t let the AC run. The short term answer is to pull the 12v fuse to the PCM module. Just passing along this info for future reference.

FYI, We got our coach back today. After the technician contacted Precision circuit as well as Newmar doing several tests they replaced the PCS 50A controller (EMS). So far all is back to working normal.
