Oasis AC HWH help

My Oasis AC hot water stopped working today. The burner water heater works but not the AC. In small bath is what I think is the 10amp fuse for this but it checks fine and I put in a new fuse anyway. Any Ideas what may be the issue?
Thank you, Willis

Are you plugged into 50 amp shore power?
Does your EMS show heater1 and heater2 on?

A few items to check From the manual:
AC immersion elements do not activate

• Module connected to 120 VAC power?

• AC switch on Remote Operating Panel placed in the one or

two element position? AC Heat LED lit on Remote

Operating Panel?

• AC immersion elements circuit breakers tripped?

No, but make sure you turn the breakers off all the way and back on.

Has it ever worked? There was discussion of the wires coming loose in the oasis unit itself. This is the next thing to check.

Hi - Don't know your floor plan but if a 1/2 bath go to the circuit breakers and there are two 20 amp breakers named water heater 1 and water heater 2. Those are the breakers for the Oasis electric elements.

Thank you for your help. We will further investigate today and read all the prior posts about shorting out wires. We suspect that to be the issue.

You may want to turn on your generator to see if you can get the green light on. This would eliminate pedestal issues.

We went to Independence RV in Orlando today where we purchased. They could not have been more helpful. Tried to fix the AC Oasis while we waited. After checking everything, technician narrowed it down to the EMS not allowing voltage to the Oasis and are overnighting a new EMS. Thank you all for your help and I will let you know if this resolves our problem. Kudos to Independence.

Seems to me, there is some master switch on the Control box in the basement that has to be on, now I have not owned one, but have read the manual. But EMS might fix it, so well see.

My neighbor in a Dutchstar has the same issue. In his case, it was the relay that switches the power to the elements. He just received a new one from Oasis and was going to replace it but noticed a few burn spots so he's waiting till he can have a professional look at it.

Regards,
Dan
