Oasis? Brrrrr
I had no hot water but had furnace heat in both zones. Checked the control board and burner light was green. No red lights. I hit the AC1 button and no green light. AC2 also, no green light. Still no hot water.
I had recently purchased a 5 year service kit and decided now is the time. I watched the ITR video and a couple on you tube and felt confident. All went well, no issues on the service.
While I was down there I checked the board in the basement. Domestic water was lit green, in fact all lights were green, still no hot water.
I hit the bypass switch on the top of the board, not the one on the front of the boiler. I heard some gurgling and some pumping noises and went in and checked. Yay! Hot Water!
I went back out to with the bypass switch back to normal operation mode. No more Hot Water.
So I put the switch back into bypass mode and sure enough, I had hot again.
Also I can find no info in the Oasis manual regarding the AC thermocouples on how they work and where they are located. I feel certain it is a fuse, but all the fuses I can find, I checked.
Anyone?

I had the same problem you are describing. Is your summer loop light "on" at the silver control box? If it is, the summer pump or circuit could be bad. My summer pump would not run and the indicator light was "off' due to a bad temperature switch at the cold water inlet pipe. The switch was open. It needs to close to tell the control box to output power to the summer pump. I bi-passed it momentarily with a jumper and the pump ran. Replaced the switch and is now working normally. It is a 2 wire thermal switch located inside the distribution box near the top. It is held against the cold water inlet pipe by a metal clip and a wire tie. Also has some white thermal grease between the switch body and pipe.

Your summer loop pump light should turn on and off with hot water flow. If you have hot water running and the light is green but no hot water, then the summer loop pump has failed. Putting the system in "Stir Mode" (bypass) effectively uses your remaining pumps to slosh hot coolant through the heat exchanger.
If you have no hot water running and the light is green, your flow sensor on the heat exchanger has failed and it will burn out the summer loop pump by running continuously.
Turning AC heat on will not magically add heat to your hot water, if the burner has been turned on and has already brought the coolant to hot. The AC elements only turn on when the coolant needs reheating, also the burner and AC turn on at the same temperature points.

Does your coach have the Silverleaf system? Ours does and about once a month we get no hot water yet everything appears OK; both in the Silverleaf and on the Oasis panel down below. Turn off the coach power (salesman switch) and wait a few seconds and turn it back on. Then wait about 15 minutes and we get hot water.

You can always contact ITR at 1(800) 993-4402. They will troubleshoot the problem over the phone.
If they don't answer just keep trying. Don't leave a voicemail as they usually don't call back.
