Oasis Burner Color

Several days ago, I noticed a different sound to the Oasis Burner when it stated up. The sound was noticeably less robust than it had been in the past and both ac elements seem to be coming on quicker to assist the burner. I checked the burner and it seems to be pretty yellow/yellowish orange in color. I remember it being mostly blue in the past. It's also been maybe (2)? Years since last maintenance.

Hi - Unless you are burning gas (propane) a blue flame is not correct. Yellowish orange is about right. If it has been two years then it is time to service the unit.

Your probably right on the service being due. I have a former Cummins tech person coming by tomorrow and will have him install the (1) yr maintenance kit I happen to have. The Oasis Burner uses diesel and for some reason it has not had the usual deep throaty rumbly sound when running. My bad on the flame color having blue in it.🙄

A follow-up on my Oasis behaving badly. Between eye surgery for cataracts, the Cummins tech that I've known for sometime, made it out to the CG and installed the (1) yr maintenance kit I had on hand. After checking my maintenance records, it seems that it has been almost (2) yrs since the last time. We full time and use our Oasis daily to some degree. Tech said most of the things replaced were starting to show a little roughness around the edges. His recommendations his to really not exceed (2) yrs before service. Everything works great now.
Thanks again everyone for ur help and suggestions.
