Does a quart a day while on the road mean just while traveling, or does that include the overnight stops?
At a quart a day, there should be some indication on the ground (pavemet) where it's leaking out. A quart a day will leave a lot of residue.

An improperly operating overflow tank could easily cause this problem but should show under the coach.

We have had issues with ours but no where near the amount of fluid loss you are experiencing. While one of the hose fittings at the top of Oasis showed some signs of leakage and was repaired, it wasn't until I opened the distribution portion to replace a failed summer loop pump that I discovered nearly every threaded connection showed signs of leakage.

Similar thing happened to mine, it consumed thermal fluid since new (for 4 years) and I never could find it (Newmar tried also). It finally leaked enough to cause a wet spot that I noticed. Mine was on a fitting on the top of the heating unit. The crack was on the back side where I couldn't see it, leaked into the heating unit through the grommet where I couldn't see it. Finally, it leaked enough volume to cause a wet spot on the ground under the motorhome at the heating unit drain, it's there, just hard to find.

These fittings are steel and tend to crack when they are too tight and under the thermal stress that these are. I carry spare fittings now.
