I only know about the 1year kit since I ordered one last week. It was $100 plus 18.47 for shipping.

Nozzle

you can buy the nozzle from Amazon for 28 bucks, the guy selling the service kits on Amazon rapes you, 75 bucks for the same nozzle

https://www.amazon.com/Delavan-Inc-3.../dp/B00EO5IEYG

once I find a source for the igniter and f filter Ill post but over 300.00 for a kit is robbery

Oasis fuel filter xref is FF5332, I believe, and yes $300 for the 5 year kit, $100 for the annual kit are way overpriced

Oasis Hydronic Maintenance

The Gar-Ber R fuel filter is about $16 including shipping from Amazon. (Actually from Patriot Supply).

Diesel fuel to fill filter

When you change the fuel filter for the Oasis, where do you get the diesel fuel to fill the new filter. Is there somewhere you can easily get it from the coach?

Thanks!

No need to put diesel in the filter, after you replace everything there is a procedure that will prime and fill the filter with diesel. Unplug one of the red wires to the compressor on the unit and leave the access door off. Now turn the power button on the unit, next press the bypass and reset button at the same time, next release the reset button and then the bypass button the unit should know run. The power light will now flash and the flame out light will turn red. This will prime the unit , once the power light quits flashing and the red light on the flame out goes off, you can reconnect the red wire and the unit will be ready to operate.

I failed to mention this procedure removes all air that can get in the lines while changeing filters along with priming the filter with clean diesel.

This is an old thread, but I couldn’t find any other reference for priming the fuel filter on the Oasis system when changing the filter for annual servicing, so thought it would be worthwhile to resurrect it. My thanks to David for posting the procedure above—it worked perfectly.

My only two additions: my compressor light also flashed with the power light and that it takes a few minutes for the cycle to complete, so be patient.

David, thanks for posting this. I was looking through the Oasis manual and nowhere does it mention this.

One question - Does the Garber filter replace the filter shown in the Oasis manual or is it Addtional? My setup looks like this:

The stainless steel block above the fuel hose doesn’t look like the fuel filter description in the manual..

I never saw an Oasis filter like that.

There are two fuel filters; the Garber up front and a tiny stone filter inside where the nozzle is.
