I shut off my electric elements on the oasis for a couple days and when we returned I turn the electric element on to AC1 and 2 and we had hot water for a few hours and now the lights are not coming on unless I start the Burner. However I still have no hot water but the burner is providing heat. I am concerned that a pump may have failed? Anyone experienced this issue?

Called Oasis and we checked the system and it is the pump thats bad.

That would have been my first guess. In looking at your profile, I see you have a 2016 Ventana LE. If original, the pumps you have are the old version which were prone to failure. Be sure you get the new version pump.

The safest way to do that is to order it directly from Oasis. And, order at least one spare to carry with you. They are not inexpensive, but are invaluable when you need one. We carry two spares.

Good advice. My summer loop failed so I replaced it with the new style pump. A month later my zone 1 pump failed. Feeling that it was only a matter of time before the last ( zone 2) pump failed, I ordered two more new style pumps and replaced zone 1 & 2 pumps. I kept the working zone 2 pump for a spare.
