Oasis - Newbie needs advice

We are still trying to figure out the Oasis heating system in Our 18 Ventana. It appears we have 2 zones on the thermostat. Zone 2 turns on a fan in the rear bedroom and bathroom, but NO heat just slightly cool air. Didn't warm up after 20 minutes. Zone 1 provides heat in the living area and seems to work fine.

Any suggestions? Help would be appreciated

Could be air in the line. If there is any air in the line they won't work properly.

First thing to check is the distribution panel outside by the oasis furnace. Make sure both zones are calling for heat. Look at which lights are on and if any are red. Take a flashlight because it may be hard to read. Red lights may be a bad fuse. Search this forum for “oasis” there is a lot of helpful treads

We have not had a problem with our Oasis but I suggest you check the boiler tank fluid level. We have also noticed that the system will not maintain heating by only using the one or even two AC circuits. It does maintain constant indefinite heating by using the diesel burner.

Let’s backup a bit: Oasis won’t work without heat. Primary heat is the diesel burner, switch it on and you should have a green light on the control panel, in a few seconds you should hear the burner in the basement. Secondary heat is AC 1 or AC 1 and 2. Green light should come on if AC (electric) element is heating. Of course: be sure Oasis power switch is on on the unit in the basement.
Oasis gets hot engine coolant circulation when you are under way so neither burner nor AC may come on until the Oasis heat exchanger cools a bit if you have just shut down your engine.
Happy travels

Is the temperature setting for zone 2 set high enough to be calling for heat?
