Oasis Problem

Let me just say that I already had deep regret about not ordering heated floors We seem to have a problem with our Oasis. Anyone have any ideas?
Oasis burner, AC I and AC II all on (very cold nights). Plugged into 50 amp
Zone 1 and Zone 3 on Furnace. Blows wonderfully hot air as long as both zones are calling for heat. As soon as either one reaches temperature, the other zone starts blowing cold air. As soon as both call for heat again at the same time, the hot air returns.

Oasis thinks it’s wired wrong. Funny we didn’t notice it at FPU. We already have an appointment at Newmar but just wondering if anyone has experienced this.

Oasis Problem

We had the same problem! Newmar helped identify the issue. The fix was to swap the hoses leading from the Oasis unit. A mobile repair guy took care of it.

No way! What are the odds? Thanksgiving week is not apparently a good time to get help from Newmar so we’ve been freezing. Maybe we could get it fixed at home instead of Newmar. Although, we were really looking forward to visiting Rocket Science ice cream.

Yes, we tried every configuration including just the burner. Still cold air.

Do you use the Oasis much for heat? Do the heated floors alone keep things warm enough?

the heated floors will keep things pretty comfortable down to around 48 degrees or so. colder than that and you need the oasis. but it does depend on how windy it is outside.

i do not like the heat pumps. hate the noise, even with the relatively quiet newmar ducting system. plus i really hate the dryness of the heat. i run the oasis burner for heat, as i prefer it much more. but over 48 degrees and it's the floors, as long as i can be plugged in....

Actually we just left it at Camp Newmar a few minutes ago for service on Monday. Have a couple other minor issues for them to look at too.

Final Verdict - Coolant lines were reversed at assembly. So annoyed with myself for not noticing at FPU. Also annoyed because this has happened to several people. Time for some retraining for someone on the line at Newmar or at ITR. This is just complete carelessness to let so many off the line with this error.
