There is a silver fuse box next to the green Oasis unit.

Yes I am. I called ITR when the problem first occurred and he told me it was likely the fuse, told me which fuse it was. I went and checked but the fuse was fine. My bad for not checking ALL the fuses. I assumed it had to be the pump due to other posts and moved forward with that. When it didn't fix it, back I went to the beginning, this time checking ALL fuses. Instead of it being second from the bottom, it was first one on top. So lesson learned, I have a new pump on Zone 2 and a spare GFI stock pump that I can hang on to. (unless the pump is what blew the fuse to begin with). The job of replacing the pump was easy due to this original posts pictures and descriptions. I didn't intend to hijack the post, just sharing my OOOOPS! experience.

Oasis pump change in pictures

Your post is excellent but a couple of things may be of value. First no need to flip switches anywhere. There is a multi-prong plug on the right side of the distribution box, pull it apart and everything is off. Second, our coach is only two years old yet the hoses were brittle and damaged so it would be a good thing to have some spare 7mm/1/2 inch red high heat hose to replace any hose that is suspect while you are in there.
Thanks for your post, I doubt Inwouldnhave been able to pull this repair of without it..
