I winter in Surprise and I don't know of anyplace in Surprise I would trust.
Massey Diesel Service in PHX (59th Ave south of I-10) is the local Spartan service. Certainly not impressive when you pull in but they do good work. Usually cheaper than Freightliner or Cummins although both of those are a little easier to get to from Surprise.

Give Champs Family Automotive a call they are off Bell Road, just east of the Grand Ave overpass. After overpass it is the second light (Dysart), turn left and they are immediately on your right. They do a lot of Motorcoach service. Great to deal with.
I was in Surprise last winter. I went to Massey Diesel. Great place. They had me spend the night in their lot with electric hookup so that they could get started at 7:30AM. As I remembered I paid about $550 for oil, filter and inspection of everything else plus another $250for the generator service.
