Older or Newer Coach?

We are enjoying our 2105 DS 4018. We decided to plan on starting to full time at the end of 2023. That puts us looking at larger Newmars because that is what we want. We are not looking to purchase new. All things considered, would it be wiser to be looking at a newer Dutch Star 4369 (2018-2020) or consider an older MA,LA,Essex 4553 (2015-20180)? We do not mind the carpet on the slide like most people do. Thank you in advance.

After 2015, they upgraded the frame to the STAR chassis and improvements and upgrades continued in other areas. Typically, the higher end coaches, like the L.A., get new gadgets and upgrades a couple of years before the Dutch Star. If you could find a 2018 L.A., I think that would be your best bet, especially the BIG motor and Allison 4000.
