My windshield seal "popped in" for about 4 inches at the acute curve on the upper drivers side. I presume it happened from leveling the coach up on uneven terrain during our recent return from Mississippi. I always do the lowest side first (both front and rear together)--- maybe I lifted it too much on one side. A local auto glass shop repaired it in about ten minutes. Two techs worked on it together.
My "cave in"
Two Tech's working (one inside)
All repaired-- Phew that was close!
This photo shows how the curved top corners , on both sides, extend outward when in the correct position. The seal is angled at about 30 degrees. I think this outward protrusion at these points contributed to the windshield flexing outward during leveling the coach and collapsing the seal inward.
Any ideas or suggestions how to prevent this from happening again?

Max, anytime you flex the front cap you run the risk of popping the windshield out of the rubber gasket. Always lift coach same chassis rail, drivers side or passenger side, front and rear jacks together. Than if you are lower in front or rear lift the front or rear pairs together.
If you have AUTO leveling, level coach manually on uneven terrain.
Never take the rear tires off ground surface under them.

Hi Max,
It is good to hear you got the seal fixed with a minimum of frustration. When leveling the coach, consider getting the high side jacks down first. Have them touch the ground with about 1/2" rise. Then do the low side. To me, this gives the coach the high side jacks to pivot on as the low side is raised.

Hi Max,
Those protruding windows can be fixed. Both my windows protruded until I had one window replaced and now I have one that protrudes and that fits perfectly.
Must have been a bad batch of windows and fits.
Keep the duck tape handy.
