How does one contact Newmar "Owner Relations" or similar department. With my Winnebago, I had an email "or@winnebagoind.com" to which I could send questions, ask for parts, etc..., and they were always Johny on the spot. They would answer questions, send schematics, even send replacement parts in the mail. Does Newmar have a similar department, and does that department have an email address? And most importantly, are they responsive through that email?
Thanks,
Alan

customerservice@newmarcorp.com, that's the one I'm looking for, thanks! Hopefully I'll never have to call/email them, but if/when I do, I just hope they are as responsive as Winnebago was.
Thanks,
Alan

You can also have contact on this LINK for general information also. In both contacts they will ask for your build number of your coach.
The Newmar TOPIC above has many dealers and Newmar info for your use.

I tested it out asking for details on the location and wiring diagram for the pre-wired trailer brake plug Spartan provides under the dash. Good news is, they were/are Johny on the spot as expected and hoped. Now when the coach arrives I'll just have to see if I can find the plug.
Thanks,
Alan
