Paint issues

I had paint peeling along the trim on the coach around the slide openings and this was corrected at my last warranty viit to Newmar. I have since noticed it has started again along the trim on the kitchen slide, the coach is 1 1/2 years old. This seems to be a problem with the orginal paint job my concern is will Newmar take care of the paint issues with the coach being out of warranty by 7 months.

Hi David D.,
There is no concrete answer to your question. Get your documentation on the prior problem and repairs. Be ready to send pictures. After contacting Newmar CS, most likely, you'll need to send your story with facts and pictures to Newmar. If the answer is not what you like, climb the chain of managers to see if compassion is possible. Lower level employees usually are not allowed to do anything but follow a strict set of procedures.
