Parking Brake on 17 LA

Driving down the interstate and an alarm follows by parking brake engaged. I pull off of the interstate and place MH in neutral and pull parking brake, it is set but no light coming on. Push in parking brake and place in drive and it still sporadically says parking brake engaged and not in neutral. We arrive at our destination, place in neutral and pull parking brake knob and turn off engine. While still aired up slides would not open as the interlock for parking brake not set will not allow them to open. Go to hatch under drivers seat and the brake relay is buzzing away. By the time I grabbed a beer buzzing had stopped, so killed genset and hooked up shore power and opened slides as soon as I turned key to left, the relay started buzzing again and could not air or hydraulic level. I tried pulling out relay to see if I could get one at autozone but did not want to break KIB board does anyone have any experience with this relay?Click image for larger version

It appears it has solder pins on the back side.

Thanks no wonder it would not pull out. Of course this makes things much more difficult and will probably require a new board.
