Peeling RV Furniture

We have a Newmar 2017 Mountain Aire 4553 and our captain’s chair, passenger seat, sofa, recliner chairs are peeling. Our furniture is Villa International and of course warranty has expired (coach is 8 yrs. old). Bauer does not reupholster Villa furniture. Recommendations as to where we could go and select new furniture (leather)to be installed in coach. I believe in the long run it would be better to buy all new with installation instead of trying to find an upholsterer.

Thoughts as to where to begin our search for new RV furniture.

Lots of folks here have replaced RV furniture with residential-grade chairs, recliners, couches etc. Zero clearance recliners and hide-a-beds, are all over the web, or you could browse IKEA's catalog for some ideas. We did.

She bought the Flexsteel piece of business, not Villa.

As the OP stated, Bauer is not interested in working on Villa furniture because they don't have the patterns and, per my discussion with them on my own MA at the time, the amount of effort it would take to recreate the needed patterns would be prohibitively expensive. For the time and materials, I think the O.P. is on the right path just looking to replace vs re-cover.

I can tell you I had good success with a marine upholstery place. You pick the material you want and they do the work. Mine was a 2016 Newmar BayStar Sport and the captain chairs were starting to disintegrate.
