The Traeger came with a zippered cover to keep it tidy and clean and an inverter as well. Really easy and what comes out of it is terrific. $299.00

A bit heavy at 41 lbs but it is compact (13"h x 20w x 19 deep)

We like the blended pellets, (Maple, Hickory, Cherry)
You can smoke or grill or combo!
I'm a big fan of the Traeger PTG too. Thanksgiving turkey last year was awesome.

Reverse seared prime ribeye centers on the pellet grill last night. They really are versatile cookers

Wow! that is perfection! I over cooked my steak last night and also didn't care for the rub. I prefer steak with no rub, but I let the temp get too high, internal was 140, overshot my desire of 130. Probably will stop next time at 120 and let it rest and see what happens.

I agree those steaks look great. Salivating here looking at the pics. We visited Jacobsen Salt Co. last summer on the Oregon Coast and bought their steak seasoning salt. It is amazing what it does for a steak. At least we sure think so. Here is a link to their site and it can be purchased other places also.
