Pine Sap Removal
Mineral Spirits (paint thinner)is my go to, here is what I found on the web;
Removing Tree Sap from Cars There are several other household items that can be used for removing tree sap from cars. Nail polish remover can be used as pine tree sap remover. Care should be given, however, as this can also remove paint. Allow the nail polish remover to soak into a cotton ball. Rub onto the affected area using a circular motion. Rinse off with a baking soda and hot water solution (1 cup baking soda to 3 cups water). Wash the car as usual. Mineral spirits is an oil-based solvent oftentimes used as paint thinner and commonly found in many homes. This household item is also effectively used for removing tree sap from cars. Soak into a towel and wipe onto the affected area. Repeat as needed until the tree sap is gone and wash as usual. Another great pine tree sap remover is WD-40. Its mild solvent properties easily break down sap. The lubricant is safe on most types of paint. Spray it on and rinse it off with vinegar and water solution. Wash as usual.

I use a cheap plastic scraper to (carefully) get the worst of the sap off. For sap and tar, I’ve had good luck with Turtle Wax Bug & Tar Remover. If I remember correctly , they suggest not working in direct sunlight.

Nail polish remover is basically Acetone, wouldn’t use this on paint, but don’t think it would hurt the fiberglass

I got road tar along the side of the coach from a construction site. Called Newmar and they said to use mineral spirits. It worked very well.

LA's All Purpose Cleaner
Someone on this site suggested this for something...I found it at the Dollar Tree (cheap) and used it on sap...the light sap came right off...the heavy spots I had to spray then let it sit a little (sometimes twice) but it still worked. I have also used it inside on sticker goo removal (on the stained wood - no damage) and on the outdoor chair that got hit with sap. On the cloth seat I still have sap spots but at least it's not sticky or anything now.

Don't use nail polish remover!!! You will damage the clear coat and paint with most nail polish removers. As StuartW said, it contains acetone and other potentially harmful ingredients.
WD40 works as well as anything. Whatever you use, be sure to thoroughly wash the treated area with a good soap solution and rinse well to remove any residual traces.

Yes only use on the white fiberglass if you do use it. No painted surfaces

I used alcohol. Took a little work but removed lots of sap with no evidence that it or anything else had been there

I use "Protect-All" sold at camping world for most bugs, and sap applications. It works great on fiberglass painted surfaces, especially on my jeep for bug removal (bugs seems to be getting worse to remove). Mineral Spirits also works, and you can try rubbing alcohol, but test on surface which won't get hurt before the real bad place. For roof I would use Lacquer Thinner to really cut the surface dirt and oils, then wipe off with Windex and then water and soap. Let dry good and check to make sure no residue left. I used that when fixing the self leveling caulk (needs replacement on things on roof after while) as I wanted clean surface for the new stuff to cover.

As stated above, anything you try try it first where it can't be seen to make sure it won't damage the paint/fiberglass.

I find this RainX Bug and Tar Remover GEL, https://www.walmart.com/ip/Rain-X-Bu...RoCG-gQAvD_BwE, works best on sap. Try to get it off as soon as you can, it gets harder as it dries and gets hard. It also works wonders on black streaks!
