Pipe always hot

I have a Dutch star 2017 and I have a pipe under the sink of my kitchen which is always hot ... is there somebody who give me the explanations ??

Could be a valve in your oasis that is stuck open.

Check in your Oasis bay and make sure that the bypass switch on top of the silver box is not in bypass mode. If it is, you are circulating transfer fluid at all times - hot pipe.
