Precision Twin-temp Jr Question

Does anyone know if the 110v outlet that supplies electricity to the heating element on the Twin -temp Jr is turned on and off by the switch inside the coach? I don't seem to be getting voltage at that outlet either way; I have checked all breakers and nothing seems to be tripped. 2011 NewMar DS.

Thanks,

Depending on the year of your coach there should be 1 switch to turn the pt on and one for the 110 side.

We have a switch on the inside control panel for the electric heating element. I always use it instead of propane when I am plugged in. You can use both if you have a heavy hot water demand.

Don, thanks for reply; I have the same switches that you have one for 12v and one for 110v. My problem is that the 110v switch does not seem to be turning on the outlet that the twin-temp is plugged into in the water heater compartment? Also the energy management does not show any amp draw for the elec element. I think I could have multiple issues that could be affecting the water heater. Well at least the gas part works; we are headed to factory on the 20th of August for warranty repairs, hopefully they will solve this problem along with about 12 other issues.
