I have a Perimitor View screen for my rear and side cameras. The control buttons at the bottom of the screen are flashing on and off and there is no picture on the screen. I pulled the fuse out for a minute hoping it would reset screen. Nope, any other ideas.

Sound like the monitor is going bad. Gain access to the power plug in the rear and cycle power there. If you have a volt meter, check for 12 volt. If it’s constant, the monitor needs replacing.
