Problem with slides, Newmar Kountry Star

Intellitec Slide Out Control Module : 00-00525-310 : 27765
I have a 2004 Newmar Kountry Star 38 with two slides. In six months of use I had three occasions where the slides would not retract. First time I was dry camped in the forest next to a lake on a cold damp morning and when I hit the switch neither slide would move. I started the gen and tried many times, nothing, not even a clicking sound. After several hours as the temps came up and the humidity level got lower they finally came in. The second time was very similar, but the third time it was warmer and less humid. I had used the slides at least 20 times and it only happened three times.

You should remove the 12v plug and motor wiring plug on control board and clean with a contact spray for starters.
Do you have 12v slide locks will be a different problem with them, this link will give you just about every problem you may have with slide systems.
It comes from this sticky link.

Found both controllers. Sprayed plugs and contacts, applied dielectric silicone compound, and everything works, lets hope it is fixed.
Thanks for your help.

Your link did not work, please try again.
