Pro's, Con's, like's and dislikes 4369, 4328, 4362

I'm sure many of you have looked at these three floor plans. I thought it would be helpful to many among us who are considering these floor plans to share their thoughts on them. Please share your likes, dislikes, etc. and let us know which one you would purchase.

We had been looking at the Ventana 4369 for about a year and then the 4362 came out and changed our minds. The 2 floor plans are very similar. While we liked having 2 sinks in the bathroom and the larger pantry, the walk in closet pushed the decision to the 4362. My wife is a quilter and all the extra floor space on the closet is great for machines. The closet also has a floor to ceiling set of shelves for her supplies. Either one has one of the largest showers Newmar has, 34x50 rectangular shower

We really like the walk-in closet. Different years had the walk-in closet under different model numbers....currently it’s the 4362.

We’ve never been happier with our selection of the Ventana 4369. Excellent floor plan for our use.

Floor plan

Spend a couple hours in each. Sit to check out if the TV is in the right place(s). Dinning seating works for you? Do you feel more or less crowded in one model.
I guess what I am saying is what works for one may not work for another. Spend time in each and it should become clear what works for you.
Saying that, we are happy with the 4369. It works for us.
Happy hunting.

4362 is our choice. The walk in closet and useful storage in the back sealed the deal. If you’re fortunate to be able to order your coach, you may want ask for the 4369 larger pantry. It’s practical and the space that is lost is negligible.

We are not full timers (yet). Last spring we purchased a 2017 4369 and love it. We like the double sink, the pull out kitchen cabinet, opposing couches, larger shower and larger closet because of washer dryer placement.

I actively looked at and walked through hundreds of Class A Diesel pusher motorhomes for over 3 years while waiting for the end of my House Mortgage to be paid off while we used our 07 38 ft Gulfstream Cresendo FRED.

The floor plan has to feel right for you and no one else.

My Wife and I both fell in love with the 4369 It has a very roomy nice balance to all the space.

The Look and feel is everything we could ask for in a home.

We knew the first time we toured a 4369 that it would someday be our dream coach, and now we ordered one in early March. Was to be delivered in May, now hoping for late June.

We did a coach by coach analysis of the Dutch Star 4328 versus the ever popular 4369. We went in both coaches and gave them a once over. Hands down the 4328 was our choice for many reasons with the biggest being it has a much bigger kitchen, much more counter space, more kitchen storage, much better 1/2 half bath design that is all storage, more accessibility when slides are in. We know of three people that discovered this floor plan and they all
Traded their 4369s for 4328s. Our friends with a Ventana 4369 took one look at our 4328 and they were sold. They ordered a 2020 4328 and were shocked at how much more storage they had. Remember the 4369 has been around for years without any real
Changes in the floorplan. We describe the 4328 as an updated 4369. Good luck with your shopping. Pm me if you want to discuss the 4328.

Where does the space that is lost come from to fit in the 4369 larger pantry? Smaller fridge? Smaller couch on driver side?

I would assume the living area so smaller couch or recliners to move the dinette a few inches in to the living area direction.

We had the DS 4369 for all the reasons mentioned above until we saw the 4359 which was in the 2020 MA (discontinued in 2021 for MA). We ruled out all floor plans with the washer/dryer over the toilet. The DW cannot see why anyone would ever want to have clean clothes near a toilet. I don’t argue, I accept.

I love having the closet in the back. I live alone in my DSDP so having a single sink in the BR is a non issue. I'm a bit of a photographer and I had a cat 6 wire installed from the DR to the back closet where I have a wide format printer set up. I did make mistakes on options buying the rig, but the floor plan was not one of them. Buy another rig, and I would get the same floor plan.
