Proteng Fire Suppression System

I am looking to install a fire suppression system in my Newmar Dutch Star. I am looking to find out what it will cost me to have NIRVC do the work. Any one have any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

The cost will vary significantly depending on which/how many areas of the coach you choose to protect.

Call NIRVC's Lewisville, Texas facility and ask for Chuck Lasley. He knows the Proteng system and can provide you with all the info you're seeking.

Thank you for your interest in Proteng. Each of our 5 soon to be 6 locations have the ability to install the system. Cost is evaluated and determined by how many tubes are necessary. It takes about 10-15 min to do an evaluation. The system is or can be completely customised…meaning you can do some now and some later or the entire install at once. Typically, on a Dutchstar covering the following areas: engine, chassis batteries, starter, alternator, house batteries, transfer switch, oasis, inverter, Genset, front run bay, AC/DC. Covering all those areas on average would cost, on average, somewhere between $3000 to $4000. That’s a guess without laying eyes on the exact floorplan and knowing the length. Again that can be customised to install more or less. For a more precises quoting we would need to lay eyes on it. An installation can generally be completed within 2 hours.

Am picking up my coach on 9/30 after some warranty repairs. Had the proteng added end to end including under the dash on my 41ft for $3600. I looked at the do it your self options, but I have no physical ability to crawl under, around and through the beast. It was worth it to me to have NIRVC install it while they had it in for other items.
