If it has a power driver's window, check the floor below. I have read the drain pan built into the wall is prone to Cracking. Also, check all the coolant lines, Spartan uses a low grade coolant hose. (Atleast back then) I Had 2 blow outs on coolant lines running to Aqua-hot. Ended up replacing all lines with Gates hose, it was not a fun project. Check the slideroom floors from outside, if the caulking is cracked on exterior slide trim, water will weap into the base.
