Question on on the DSC100 - Removing power to the Board

Posted an earlier comment regarding our Slide. We were able to reprogram set limits and move the Wall flush to the RV.

Left the Full Wall Slide out for a week and then attempted another check for the retract and found it was not flush again.

This time tried to follow instructions for Module to reprogram and we were able to Retract and have the Wall flush again.

The Program Mode and Individual Adjust lights will not turn off....
Troubleshooting indicates that the soft limits are probably not set and we are unable to use the User Switch inside RV.

Talked with Newmar and the Service Rep said that a possible power disconnect to the Module might help us return the Module to use again to reset limits.

My Question. How do I disconnect the power from the Module in order to reset the Programing Board. Will disconnecting the Main Power Input connection be all that is needed?

Try just turning off the 12 volt system at the Battery cut off switch, located in one of your inside cabinets or near the entry stairs. I'm pretty sure all Newmar coaches have this switch. When the switch is off , check the lights on your control module. If the lights are off, you have successfully disconnected the power. Now it's safe to try a soft limit reset.
Hope this helps.

Thanks

The suggestion regarding the 12v Switch worked. The Module reset and we were able to walk thru the Programming.

Still have an issue with the Extend Retract indicating we need to make an adjustment(light still on). Unsure exactly how to adjust the individual adjustments.

Any advice from anyone that has used the individual adjust on the Program Module would be helpful.

Thanks again for the Power Reset suggestion.
