Confirming a work around!

We have a 2019 Ventana 4369 with the feared red light on the Dometic toilet. The controller for the rear toilet is behind the toilet but I could not get it out to modify it so I removed the cover above the peg board on the drivers side. The control box is right there. I cut the small red wire and the light went out and turned yellow. I then added a 12v switch on the red wire until we can figure out the cause in the first place. The tank sensor switch has been replaced twice in the last 2 weeks with no change.

Hi everyone, I have been reading this thread and others relating to this problem. My coach is a 2019 Ventana 4002. I do not have the pegboard bay as many on here have with different models. Where the pegboard is located on the 4002 my outdoor TV is there instead. Does anyone know if I remove the TV, mount, and panel on that bay if the tanks, sensors, etc., would be accessible? Thanks

How many baths?

Look behind the grate where the heat register is.

That's where I get to the black tank. My 2016 4002 has the tv there and you must remove it to get to the tank along with the board. The shroud around the tv is very tight fit along with the board so plan on removing the strut mounts on the side wall.

Just an update to my situation on the KIB Panel. On my 2019 Ventana 4002 it is located in the electrical cord reel bay on the side wall facing the rear of the coach (to your right when looking in the bay from outside). It was hard to read anf find those percentage markings on the board, so I stuck my cell phone in there and took a photo. I pulled the yellow wire marked 100% as KenK02 instructed. The red light is off and my panel inside is reading 95%. I pulled the F8 fuse as another poster on this thread did in order to try and reset the gauge. Is that the correct way to try and do a reset or can this even be done? After pulling the fuse my gauge still reads 95%, Thanks for any advice.
