Rail Height in Basement

We are considering a new/used coach. Currently we have a 43' coach but looking at 40'. While we prefer a DSDP we are considering a Ventana.

Our rails on our Spartan MM Chassis are just a tad less than 18" above the floor of the basement. We store lots of stuff in bins and if we had another 3" or 4" we think it would make a world of difference in stacking bigger and/or bins.

Our primary target is model years 2009-2013. I would be highly appreciative if a few of you can let me know if your rails are different than that. I'm particularly interested if you have a FL chassis.

If you have a DSDP or Ventana let me know year, model and height if different.

Thanks in advance.

It's even worse with the full width slide out tray. Makes them almost useless.
