Rear awning when retracted sticking out

We have the two awnings on the passenger side and when retracted the rear one does not go in all the way. The very rear is sticking out approximately 1 inch. We had it adjusted at the factory a few months ago and it's back to the same problem. Anyone else having this problem or suggestions on how we can fix it. Our latest observation is that possibly the very rear arm is not folding tight and preventing the awning from retracting that last inch or so.
