Xite 360 HD camera system .

No image from rear camera. All I get is a blue, blank screen. Front, left and right camera images ok. Tried cycling monitors but no changes.

Any help appreciated.

try turning both screens off and then on.

You will probably need a new camera, as we did.

Have you checked the connectors? Might be hard to do, but it could just be the connection has come loose at the camera itself, or more likely where it connects behind the dash. If all the other cameras are working could be the case..

We had the same problem. As abncsm said, a new camera was the solution.

Edit: I called RiverPark and went through some troubleshooting with an Xite Tech. He came to the same conclusion in about 5 minutes.

On my Eagle there is a camera control module that goes bad and will drop the backup camera or side cameras. it is behind the monitor.

Spoke to the Xite customer service. Said it is either a bad camera, bad cable or port on the video controller. Newmar customer just said take it in for service. 12 day old coach. The journey begins.
