Recommendations for RV Interior Temperature Monitor

We currently have a Hughes Watchdog Wifi Autoformer and wanted to get recommendations for the best interior temperature monitoring system. I understand that Hughs has add on temperature sensors but wanted to see if other systems like the Waggle RV Pet monitor is better. Thanks in advance for opinions and recommendations.

I'll second the RV Whisper system. It allows up to ten temp sensors and maintains a record of electrical stats from the Hughes WD. If the Watch Dog loses power the readings are lost but the RVW will keep a running record. It also has other features like water detectors, motion detectors and door alarms. You can set alarm parameters for temp, etc and the system will email and/or text with an alert if it's triggered. It does require a full time WiFi internet connection to have remote monitoring.

Here is the system I use. Very simple, no contracts, I have a set-up at home and in the RV. No matter where I am, I can see what temp and humidity is.

In the RV I have sensors:
  • Refrigerator
  • Inside
  • Basement
  • Wet bay
  • Battery bay
  • Outside
You can set hi / low alarm points for each device.
