Recommended Roof Sealant?

I have a 2023 Newmar Bay Star and I want to buy a few tubes of sealant in case I need it. What do you recommend?

I just had my roof resealed and they used Dicor self-leveling sealant.

You might consider reaching out to Newmar directly and seeing what they recommend.

When Newmar said to check the sealant every 6 months, clean and reseal any cracked areas I covered every seam with Eturna Bond tape. It's guaranteed for 15 years. this stuff will last forever and never leak. It's not an easy job but alot easier than resealing many times.

I read that Eturna Bond tape sticks to everything except silicone. Did you have any trouble going over the factory sealant?

You are correct, it does not stich to silicone. I used 4" to cover 1/4" silicone bead and 1 1/2" dicore beads. 6" to cover Newmars 4" eturna bond tape on the front cap and rear raised roof cap. It may not stick to a small part in the middle but will never come off of the rest. It's very hard to work with. When it touches the roof it will not come off to reposition. A second person will make it alot easier.
