OK found a way how to do it. For reference this is how I did it:
1. remove the outside vent cover and remove the tape around the vent hose. You will have to cleanup the silicone around the cover which is clicked in and not easy to remove.
2. Make a piece of wood which fits exactly between the washer and the shelf of the dryer so it keeps it up.
3. remove the forward 3 screws which are holding up the shelf and leave the rear ones in.
4. remove the doors
5. Remove the pieve of wood at the top of the dryer which holds it down.
6. remove the three screws at the bottom of the dryer from the bracket which hold the dryer in place.
7. Lift up the dryer and pull it forward over the bracket
8. remove the piece of wood holding the shelf up while holding the shelf. Slowly tilt the shelf with the dryer
9. lift the dryer out of the cabinet.
10. Repair the unit and test. (I plugged it in the bedroom outlet which off course is GFI and that tripped.
11. Put he unit back and lift the shelf, place the piece of wood back and put the screws back of the shelf.
12. put al mounting screws back and the doors.
13 on the outside use heat tape (I used alu tape, which was on there) to put back the vent hose and screw the vent after cleaning back,
14. Last but not least put the vent cover back and put the silicone around it.
You need a second person to lift and hold the doors
It took us about 3 hours to get it everything done.
I had to replace the heating element with the 2 sensors. After testing the old unit one of the sensors was not working causing the unit not to heat. There was some lint on the heating element so I just replace the whole unit (on Amazon only $36)
Hopefully it will work now for years to come
