Went to check the level of the Gray Water and became aware that ALL of the Tank Monitor lights on all of the systems were all lit up, indicating that the Fresh Water, Gray Water, Black Water and Propane were all "Full" as I pushed each of the buttons.
Up to this point, have had no problem with the indicators. I had done some work on the "TV" cabinet next to the panel, but after checking, I determined that there were no screws protruding or anything.
A couple of days later my DW checked it and it appeared to be working normal but now they all light up again.

If all light up then it wouldn't be any of the individual sensors and since you did have movement with the TV common sense would dictate a wire near where you worked now has an issue, grounding out or loose. Can’t you remove the Monitor Light panel and check behind it or possibly re-snug some of the wires?
Yes. I can take the monitor off and check the wires. In fact, I did and all of the wires from the sensor are "wire-nutted", so there could be a loose one in the bunch.
The TV cabinet is partitioned off from this "bin" with 3/4" plywood so I don't think I could have messed with anything, but you are right. It could be a ground.

What was the work you were doing to TV cabinet?
Wires travel overhead or go down the "A" chanels down by your windshield.
The TV box cabinet could be crushing the common wire harness for display if you tighten any screws for it, the wire was not dress correctly when coach was built.
I had take out the trim piece so that I could remove the old TV. I just put the trim piece in and put screws in from te inside of the TV cabinet, but I only used short screws--just long enough to hold the trim piece in.
I pulled the monitor out and the wire harness goes straight back in the cabinet.
There were three days between the TV cabinet work and the monitor going haywire.
