Replacement stereo head unit

Looking to replace the stock stereo head unit in a 2010 Essex would like to find something that fits original hole and has a good camera display any suggestions?

Assuming you have a Double-DIN, then I highly recommend Kenwoods. I did a pretty large post on the whole replacement radio issue and will give you lots more details.

I have the DNX995S which includes standard Nav as well. It’s the last of the wired CarPlay models which is what I wanted.

Check them out.

Head unit

I would call Crutchfield.com and talk with one of there staff. I'm sure the head unit you have now is some name brand or model number on it. Give that to them and tell them what features you want on your new head unit and price point you want to stay in.stick with good name brands like alpine, jvc, kenwood. I would say if it cost under $200 probably not what you want. Also is a good time to upgrade your speakers as well. With some good name brand ones. Jbl, polk, alpine, etc... maybe add a subwoofer too. Good luck
