Replacing flickering LED ceiling lights

I know there are a few threads on this subject, but I'm wondering if anyone had found a quality, exact replacement for what Newmar put in. I know they are 3", and have 3000K lumen output, and that people like the ones with the springs in the housing for easy replacement.

One other question I had is in the second picture, the connector that's pictured - can you pry up the aluminum/steel piece in the center of the housing, slide the wire from the fixture out and just slide and clip the new wire from the new fixture in, or do you have to cut the wire away from the connector and splice it to the new fixture wire with a wire connector? Basically I am asking if the connector that is pictured is "resuable"

Thanks!

M4 products might have some.
3000K (Kelvin) is the "temperature" of the light.

I just replaced one last week and it was exactly the same except the mounting clips. Looks the same on and off. I reused the same connector.

Absolutely reusable clip! A small screwdriver to lift but not completely remove the metal clip and a pair of pliers to squish it back into place after the swap. Easy Peasy, Lemon Squeezy.

These are what I used as a replacement. Color and brightness were an extremely close match.

Newmar may send you new one

I had one start flickering recently (2nd one) and was on the phone to my Newmar service rep regarding a different subject. I asked to be transferred to parts so I could order a new light (2018 also so beyond the 1 year warranty). My service rep said if I would send her a pic of the label on the light she would send me a new one to replace it if date on it is in a certain range...I received a new replacement light in the mail within the week after sending her a pic. VERY pleased with this customer service!

On the little clip, I think originally I was trying to use needle nosed pliers to get it back in...eventually had to grab a different pair which worked immediately with minimal effort.

I had 14 bad led’s in my 2018 Dutchstar and similar to spdmotorbabe had to send newmar a pic of the led assembly. They know they had an issue with these leds. They replaced all of mine even though out of warranty. I originally only replaced the bad ones, but since then more have gone out. Luckily they sent me 42 of them. I reused all of the wire clips. Great Newmar service!

My goodness, don't open the door or you'll blind the whole campground.

I know it's a typo but just couldn't resist.

Not a typo. My 4369 Dutchstar has 42 ceiling led assemblies. You can set them to low though so as not to blind anyone.

My previous DSDP only had the two tube fluorescent lights and I redid them with strip lights from Amazon for less than $50 for all.
My CC has over 60 of the can lights! The M4 replacement bulbs are over $8 each. I tried some if the Amazon ones but there was so much RF that it knocked my thermostat offline. Replaced some with the M4 and no problems since.
