Replacing the Qi wireless charging pad on the New Aire

Had one fail and I replaced it myself. Naturally I made a video:

This process confirmed that Newmar uses Riverpark as a reseller for various parts. The replacement pad was ordered through Riverpark even though it's made by someone else (just like the Xite unit). It was around $350 (I'll be reimbursed under warranty).

Good video. Did you check to see what failed with the first pad, ie pad or power supply?

It was the pad. Power supply was fine. The light was on/blue but never went green and charging when a phone was placed on it. I replaced both in case the power supply was e.g. slightly over/under spec and caused the pad itself to fail over time.

Did you do any wire cleanup? Looks like they just shoved a bunch of wire in the bin.
