19N to 20E to 13N. 13 turns into 131 at the state line.

I would personally take 19n to us 20e to cr17n us12 e to m40 n to 60e turns into 131 sounds like a lot but nice roads and less traffic I do it all the time in the coach

That's the route we've taken for many years between Elkhart and Kalamazoo. M-40 may be a bit narrow and hilly, but it's not too long.
