"dcrna1"....I don't like unscrewing the large plate and trying to fit the nozzle end through the hole....too much extra work. I just use the slot in the door frame as it was designed. I place the water hose in the slot, then the SaniCon hose and close the door.
I will add, the slot in the door was designed originally for the smaller SaniCon hose.. On my 2019, I removed the rubber insert in the slot and installed a smaller protective strip so the hose is not damaged.
