I just confirmed the seepage. It can be mitigated by keeping a good down angle, but that is not guaranteed possible when you need it.

The camco will work in a pinch, but I need a better gasket

Yeah, but then we'd need another adapter to try and use that little hose on the 3" connection if the Sani-Con craps out...pardon the expression.

I have that, but don’t like to handle the hoses to connect and disconnect, this is why I like the idea of this adapter. I guess in California you can’t purchase the ABS version of the clean out[emoji853]

I could order it for you and export it to CA. I just need your address in Spanish.

All joking aside, I wouldn’t want you to get caught trafficking illegal ABS contraband across state lines. It’s just not worth risking of your incarceration. Neal you are a giver.

I bought a set of 5-6 o-rings at Home Depot for about $5. The largest one (around 3.5 inches in diameter) for at the top of the nozzle threads.

Just like you, when under pressure there were a few drops. Oriented down, no drops. Now with the o-ring, no seepage regardless of positioning.

I'm on board!

Got the parts today from Amazon and the cement from the local ACE Hardware. The hardest part of the job was getting the paper scan stickers off. Why they have to put them in the most inconvenient spots, I'll never know.

So, the "LeslieGary Special Sani-Con Adapter" is now on-board and ready for use. Thanks for the idea, LG, and for the parts links, RB73. I have some 3.5" O-rings on order.

TJ - What did you order for the O-Rings? Can you post a link?

I ordered these, RB73...

[Moderator edit per request]

Kinda flying blind, but unable to find anything locally here in a small Montana town. I liked that they are made of BUNA-N material; very durable stuff and holds up well. I've used BUNA-N O-rings in other applications with good success.

I'll let you know what I think when they get here on Thursday.

I will replace the link when I get one without my account info included.

Sorry, I was away from the coach today. Here’s what I bought for the o ring: (I failed to consider the California cancer warning; sorry Stuart!)

I used the 3 1/2 inch o ring by the way. Probably could stretch a 3 inch and it would work just as well.
