Satellite TV install questions

On my 2015 Bay Star 3215 the previous owner had Dish satellite TV installed. I don't know whether it was factory or not. When I purchased the unit through LaMesa the Wally receiver was removed.

I am trying to install a new Wally and I am trying to make sense of the wiring. The coax cable of the roof antenna is a gray color but in the cabinet where the Wally is hooked up is an orange coax labeled "tripod A". There are no other coax cables coming in to that area. I hooked it all up and it did not work. I attached a spare cable to the roof antenna derectly to the Wally and tried it that way, no luck.

Is there a junction box or splitter between the gray coax to the orange coax? The orange coax does not come from the conduit on the ceiling of the cabinet. Nothing comes out of that.
