Sauer Danfoss fan controller location

As in the title, does anyone know where I might find the fan controller for the hydraulic cooling fan in my 05 DSDP with Cummins 370?
Here is a related post I have going in trying to resolve my fan running on default high speed all the time:

I would start by calling Spartan. They can either supply or point you in the right direction

I called Spartan tech support today and was informed that there isn't a separate controller on my coach. It's all governed through the ECM. Guess that's why I couldn't find one. He advised me to take it to a Cummins dealer where they could diagnose it through the ECM.
Called the local Cummins dealer and they acted hesitant to even try to fix it as they said it wasn't something Cummins installs.
So looks like I'm going to have to pay them $130 an hour to scratch their heads.........
