Secondary FF on my 04 MADP ISL400 is located in a tight spot behind the license indentation and above the hitch. Hitch makes access difficult from below.

Has anyone relocated the FF on their coach?

Can't see it being an issue. Suggest you talk to Cummings and see what they say.

Will contact them tomorrow, I can raise it up approximately 16”. That would put it about the same height as the primary F/W separator.

Spoke with FCCC rep today, no problem with relocating the secondary FF to a more convenient space. He shared that newer models of the XC chassis locate the FF's under the battery box.
I think I can move the filter up be the master shut off switch without adding new lines so will try that first.
Under the battery box may be doable as well.
