Service Shout-out: Classic Coach Works

I had several Automotion shades that were not operating at all, and a few others where the travel limits were way off. Not wanting to wait months for a dealer service appointment, I looked on Automotion's website and found an authorized dealer not far from me: Classic Coach Works in Ormond Beach, FL. I filled out on the inquiry form on CCW's website and Frank got back to me the next day. We corresponded by email so he could understand the details, and set an appointment for 2 weeks later when we would be home from a trip.

2 days after dropping my coach off, Frank said the work was done. CCW did a great job replacing 5 shade motors and adjusting all of the shades in the coach so they work perfectly. DW is thrilled with the results! CCW specializes in RV renovation work, so while they had my coach I also had them remove the sharp-pointed wood bottoms on the valances next to the bed. You can't tell they weren't always that way.

CCW is a small, family-owned business. They have a number of coaches in various stages of repair/renovation and the work in progress that I saw on several of them was top-notch. I'll definitely have them on my (very short) list of people I'd trust to do work on my coach in the future.

i am glad things worked out for you. i had them do a remodel on my coach and was not as happy with there business. search out the company on this site and you can see others have had "experiences" with them also.
