Sewer odor in main area - help needed

On our 2020 MA we have struggled with sewer odor anytime the tanks get over 20% full. We use Walex Bio-pack pods in both Grey and Black tanks. I have checked the vent valves in the 1/2 bath and kitchen and they appear to be providing a good seal. We never had this issue in our 17 DS, so we thought we knew how to avoid interior odors. Noe we are looking for additional suggestions.

Change tank treatment to "Happy Campers" and get " 360 Siphon" Roof Vent Caps installed. https://youtu.be/3xX60cCHwlM

I had an issue with smell at times when we got on the road. Changed the roof vent to a Cyclone vent. Have never had an issue again.

Tom, there is no reason to be using any kind of deodorizing treatments in your newmar tanks. They are sealed. When there is tank odor present inside the coach, one of the vents is bad or the anti-siphon valve is gone bad. Assume you have the dometic toilets with the macerator (very likely)?

behind the toilet look for the siphon valve behind the toilet, see pic. if you see yellow/brown discoloring (in the white area), it is likely that the valve is leaking.

Make sure all your sink, shower traps, and washing machine trap have water in them.

When I start out a trip I go around and run all the faucets for a few seconds and run a short rinse cycle in the washer.

Check the static vents in the sink cabinets.

In our case, we would get a sewer odor when traveling but not while stationary with the slides out. Turned out the kitchen drain which had a flexible tube to the tank below had developed a small crack that would be stretched open when the slide was in and the hose 'bent' up under the cabinet. When the slide was out the bend was less because the hose extended .. closing the small gap.

Replaced the hose and no problems since.
