Do you have the large remote or the new smaller one that replaced the large one? The information is different for each. If you have the large one, I would reach out to MCD about the upgrade to the new remote. It was a recall Newmar was doing. Not sure if it is still active. You could reach out to them as well.

MCD makes a small remote for the older motors, 14 channel as well as the newer motors, 15 channel. Both program differently. I believe 2015 was the last year for the older motors, 14 channel.
