Does anyone know what an FTP error is with our Silverleaf monitoring system. I keep getting this error. I unplug their box and reset it but there is no notification that connection has been lost or regained even though both my WiFi company and Silverleaf swear they both actively reconnect. Is there a manual anywhere to read?

Silverleaf has great customer service but it appears you have already tried them

Disconnect from shore power and then turn the house batteries off (turn off the salesman switch) and wait a minute. This will kill all the power to all the Silverleaf modules and clear them, see if that helps.

Not sure what type of coach you have.....BUT to really reset Silverleaf, go in electric cord compartment and unplug the TM 102 box for 30 seconds and then replug....C
