Silverleaf Rozie question

I just purchased a previously owned Newmar King Aire (2018) and am trying to get Rozie up and working. Wifi is up and working, but Rozie shows Starting HandShaking and it never changes. The FTP show 0 - initiating but never changes. I have verified that the Rozie WiFi is looking for the correct network and has the correct password for accessing the WiFi. Anyone know where Newmar hides this module. It's not in the bathroom power panel, and no manual or guide to help spot it. Anyone have any suggestions on where else to look? Thanks in advance........

SilverLeaf Rosie Question

Congratulations on your Newmar purchase and welcome to the Newmar forum. You will get lots of help solving your Rosie issue here but my experience has been to begin with SilverLeaf in Albany Ore. They have a very knowledgeable and helpful support staff. I seem to recall that Newmar has shifted away from SilverLeaf in the 2022 models.

In my 2019 London Aire the module is behind the Silverleaf panel over the driver and I had the same problem connecting. It is very finicky about your SSID and passwords. You can't use any spaces and some special characters. On my WIFI network I had to set up a special simplified SSID and password to get it to connect.

There is a group on FB that is called Newmar Luxury Line, King Aire, Essex, London Aire, Mountain Aire, 600 plus Luxury Line owners that can help you out.

Where is the “SilverLeaf panel over the driver?” I looked in my cabinet and see nothing labeled SilverLeaf there or in the cockpit area.

You don't have a screen in the cabinet above the driver where all the switches are? The screen is the panel I am talking about and the Rozie module is behind that.

OK, got to talk with a person at Silverleaf and he directed me to the location of the "hidden module" (TM-555). (Had to take the main screen out and the TM-555 was mounted behind that). Turns out the TM-555 is bad and the main Silverleaf screen over the driver needs a software upgrade as the Rozie Gateway Telemetrics did not show the option to switch between WiFi and Ethernet. Both are on their way to Silverleaf for repair. This should get Rozie working again and let me finish the WiFi configuration for the Coach. Thanks for all the help..........

SilverLeaf Rozie question

Ok the “screen” SilverLeaf directed you to remove is the SilverLeaf Home Screen that allows access all the SilverLeaf functions. I had the idea it was a separate “hidden” screen elsewhere in the overhead compartment. I do see four screws that could be removed to access behind the Home Screen. Did everything work after you replaced the TM-555 module and the Home Screen?

Silverleaf quoted that after they get the TM-555 and control panel, it would take about a week and then they would ship the repaired or replaced parts back. As soon as I get the parts back, I'll install and update this thread on how it went. BTW, I have a second control panel in the bedroom, and according to Silverleaf, it will update itself when the front control panel is reinstalled and connected so it will mirror the functions of the front one.
